Oak Hills Care Center is a 160 Bed Skilled Nursing Home. Founded in 1959, Oak Hills was established with a mission to provide quality health care for seniors and others needing around the clock skilled nursing. Our Team specializes in caring for residents with all types of needs including rehabilitation, dementia, behavioral care, and long-term needs. 

 

Located in scenic, rural Jones Oklahoma, Oak Hills is a beautiful place to call home. The small town charm along with the 100-year-old Oak Trees, make Oak Hills a place of serenity and peace. Our home is located just 15 minutes away from Oklahoma City and only 10 miles from Midwest City. This provides our residents with access to Top Quality physicians and hospital care if needed.

 

In 2018, our home began renovations, additions, and improvements to the facility. It is a slow process, but our dedicated maintenance team can be seen most days painting, repairing and making our facility beautiful.
