Oak Hills Care Center is a 160-bed skilled nursing facility located in rural Jones, OK.

 

We are located just 15 minutes from Oklahoma City and 10 minutes from Midwest City, providing quick access to top quality physicians and hospital care.

 

In 2018, we began renovations, additions, and improvements to our facility. 

Although the process has been gradual, the correct steps are being made in order to provide the best quality home for every one of our residents.
